Kullanım Koşulları

Muhabbet test aşamasındadır. Hizmet kesintiye uğrayabilir, veriler bir sürüm yükseltmesi sırasında kaybolabilir ve özellikler haber verilmeden değişebilir. Tek iletişim aracınız olarak kullanmayın ve yalnızca burada duran verilere güvenmeyin.
1. Bu koşulları kabul etmek
Muhabbet'i kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın ve hesabınızı Ayarlar → Gizlilik bölümünden silin.
2. Kimler kullanabilir
- 13 yaşından küçükseniz Muhabbet'i kullanamazsınız.
- 18 yaşından küçükseniz veli veya vasinizin bilgisi ve izniyle kullanmanız beklenir.
- Geçerli bir telefon numarasına sahip olmalısınız. Hesap o numaraya bağlıdır.
- Hesabınızın güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Telefonunuza erişebilen biri hesabınıza da erişebilir.
3. Neye izin verilmez
Muhabbet üzerinden şunları yapamazsınız:
- Yasa dışı içerik paylaşmak; çocukların istismarına ilişkin her türlü materyal dâhil
- Taciz, tehdit, nefret söylemi veya ısrarlı rahatsız etme
- Başkasının kimliğine bürünmek
- İstenmeyen toplu mesaj (spam) göndermek
- Kötü amaçlı yazılım dağıtmak
- Hizmete, sunucuya veya diğer kullanıcıların hesaplarına yetkisiz erişmeye çalışmak
- Otomatik araçlarla hizmeti aşırı yüklemek
Bu kurallara aykırı davranan hesapları askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. 5651 sayılı Kanun kapsamında yetkili makamlardan gelen usulüne uygun talepleri yerine getirmekle yükümlüyüz.
4. İçeriğiniz size aittir
Gönderdiğiniz mesajların, fotoğrafların ve diğer içeriklerin hakları sizde kalır. Bize verdiğiniz tek izin, o içeriği hizmeti sunabilmek için saklamak ve iletmek — yani mesajınızı alıcısına ulaştırmak ve geçmişinizde tutmak. İçeriğinizi reklam için kullanmıyor, üçüncü kişilere satmıyor ve başka bir amaçla işlemiyoruz.
5. Hizmetin sınırları
- Muhabbet acil durum hizmeti değildir. 112 veya diğer acil hatlar yerine kullanılamaz.
- Mesaj teslimi garanti edilmez. Cihazınız kapalıysa, ağınız yoksa veya sunucu erişilemezse mesaj gecikebilir veya ulaşmayabilir.
- Verilerinizin yedeğini almak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Uygulama içindeki dışa aktarma özelliğini kullanabilirsiniz.
- Hizmeti dilediğimiz zaman değiştirebilir veya durdurabiliriz. Kapatma durumunda verilerinizi dışa aktarmanız için makul bir süre tanımaya çalışırız.
6. Uçtan uca şifreleme hakkında
Muhabbet şu anda uçtan uca şifreli değildir. Mesajlarınız sunucuda şifresiz saklanır. Bu, Gizlilik Politikası'nda ve uygulamanın içinde açıkça belirtilmektedir. Gizliliği kritik olan iletişim için, uçtan uca şifreleme açılana kadar bu hizmete güvenmemenizi öneririz.
7. Sorumluluğun sınırı
Muhabbet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Test aşamasında, ücretsiz ve tek bir geliştirici tarafından yürütülen bir hizmet olduğu ölçüde; hizmetin kesintisiz, hatasız veya güvenli olacağına dair bir taahhüt verilmez. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği azami ölçüde, hizmetin kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Bu sınırlama, kasıt veya ağır ihmalden doğan sorumluluğu ve tüketici mevzuatından doğan haklarınızı ortadan kaldırmaz.
8. Hesabınızın kapatılması
Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Gizlilik bölümünden silebilirsiniz. Silme işleminde nelerin gerçekten silindiği ve nelerin kaldığı Gizlilik Politikası'nın 6. bölümünde ayrıntılı olarak açıklanmıştır.
9. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Tüketici sıfatını haiz kullanıcıların, kendi yerleşim yerlerindeki tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve mahkemelerine başvurma hakları saklıdır.
10. Değişiklikler
Bu koşullar değiştiğinde yukarıdaki tarih ve sürüm güncellenir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde bildirilir.

Muhabbet is in testing. The service may be interrupted, data may be lost during an upgrade, and features may change without notice. Do not rely on it as your only means of communication, and do not treat it as the only copy of anything.
1. Accepting these terms
By using Muhabbet you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the app, and delete your account from Settings → Privacy.
2. Who may use it
- You may not use Muhabbet if you are under 13.
- If you are under 18, you are expected to use it with a parent or guardian's knowledge and permission.
- You need a valid phone number. Your account is tied to it.
- You are responsible for your account's security. Anyone who can reach your phone can reach your account.
3. What is not allowed
You may not use Muhabbet to share unlawful content — including any material involving the abuse of children — to harass, threaten or stalk, to impersonate someone, to send unsolicited bulk messages, to distribute malware, to attempt unauthorised access to the service or other people's accounts, or to overload the service with automated tools.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and we are obliged to comply with lawful requests from Turkish authorities under Law No. 5651.
4. Your content stays yours
You keep the rights to the messages, photos and other content you send. The only permission you give us is to store and transmit that content in order to provide the service — delivering your message to its recipient and keeping your history. We do not use your content for advertising, do not sell it, and do not process it for any other purpose.
5. Limits of the service
- Muhabbet is not an emergency service and cannot replace 112 or any other emergency line.
- Message delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed or fail if your device is off, your network is down, or the server is unreachable.
- Backing up your data is your responsibility. The app's export feature is there for this.
- We may change or discontinue the service. If it is shut down we will try to give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
6. About end-to-end encryption
Muhabbet is not end-to-end encrypted today; messages are stored unencrypted on the server. This is stated in the Privacy Policy and inside the app. For communication where confidentiality matters, we recommend you do not rely on this service until end-to-end encryption is switched on.
7. Limitation of liability
Muhabbet is provided "as is". To the extent it is a free, test-phase service run by a single developer, no guarantee is given that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any rights you have under consumer protection law.
8. Closing your account
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. What is actually erased and what remains is set out in section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Users who are consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the consumer arbitration committees and courts of their place of residence.
10. Changes
When these terms change, the date and version above are updated, and significant changes are announced inside the app.
